Sitecore Developer

The Sitecore Lead Developer will be responsible for the design and development of n-tier .NET MVC web applications using the Sitecore 8/9 CMS platform. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining templates and modules on the Sitecore platform, utilizing tools such as Glass Mapper, TDS, and Habitat. The Sitecore Lead Developer will also be responsible for the design and development of web APIs and web services, as well as windows services, using C# and ASP.NET. They will also be responsible for designing database schemas and creating stored procedures. The Sitecore Lead Developer will be proficient in Java-Script/JSON/JQuery and will be responsible for implementing Solr search on the Sitecore platform. They will also be responsible for unit testing and performance tuning in Sitecore. In addition to technical skills, the Sitecore Lead Developer must have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They should be able to work independently, as well as collaborate with other team members to solve complex problems. The Sitecore Architect should also have experience working with clients and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
